Pathway™ TR-20

Although considered a patient training unit, the TR-20 & TR-20c dual channel sEMG systems are a very good starter system for clinicians beginning a PMR program. Both systems are moderately priced yet have many of the features found on the clinical systems. The units have two channels of sEMG, so you have the ability to monitor pelvic floor muscles and an accessory muscle simultaneously. They have LED light bars and provide sharper more visual feedback display than the LCD displays. They have an 800 microvolt scale for use on any other surface muscle such as relationships between the VMO & VL and a 30uv scale for capturing lower microvolt activity such as the pelvic floor. The TR-20's features include adjustable goal setting for increasing and decreasing the difficulty of the exercise as well as a 5/10 & 10/10 (work/rest) protocols to help cue patients during their training session. The TR-20c incorporates all of the features found on the TR-20.
