Q: I am using Ah Yes VM but wondered if Ah Yes WB would be a better choice. I have extreme vaginal dryness. I am allergic to estrogen and am using VM as a substitute. It’s doing a great job.

Thank you for the email and I can confirm that the product you are using already, AH! YES VM is the correct one to continue using for vaginal dryness. To be fair both would help moisturize and rehydrate the vaginal tissues however due to the vaginal dryness that you are already experiencing it is much better to use VM as it releases moisture to the vagina as and when needed over a longer period of time – what we refer to as Smart Release Moisture.
