This digital download PowerPoint presentation is a helpful guide for patients who have recently or not so recently, had post partum women.  The information in this presentation will help women who sometimes don’t get the healthcare attention they need and deserve, while also feeling the pressure to get back to their pre-pregnancy body.

There is an informative 30 minute PowerPoint presentation, highlighting some of the unique needs and concerns of the post-partum woman.  There is also a  ‘practical session’ where the Clinician can walk through identifying pelvic floor muscle, activating the TA muscle, how to incorporate ‘The Knack’ during sit-stand etc.
