PelvicRx male pelvic muscle strengthening, strengthens a complex network of muscles known as the “pelvic floor.” These muscles surround the base of the penis – – which extends deep inside the body – -and form a muscular shelf across the bottom of the pelvis.

There are two levels of pelvic floor muscles:

Superficial Layer

The first level is the “superficial layer,” responsible for maintaining rigid erections, increasing blood flow to the penis, and is the muscle power behind ejaculation. The pelvic muscles are responsible for causing a surge of blood flow to the penis that helps maintain penile rigidity. When contracted, the pelvic muscles force more blood into the penis and allow the blood to be held in longer, which may give you a harder, and longer-lasting erection.

Deep Layer

The second layer of pelvic floor muscles is the “deep layer,” which assists the organs that rest on top of them, including the bladder, prostate, and rectum. The deep layer muscles contribute to urinary and rectal control and play a role in helping to support a healthy prostate.

In addition, the deep pelvic muscles support the body’s core, which is made up of the abdomen, back, and hip muscles. These muscles stabilize your torso, are essential for good balance and posture, and support a healthy back. Simply put, a strong pelvic floor contributes to overall body health and stability.
