Directions for Use

Wash your Vagi-Kool Cold Pack with warm soapy water after purchase.  Make sure that your Vagi-Kool Cold Pack is thoroughly dry before freezing.

Place your Vagi-Kool Cold Pack flat in your freezer until completely chilled (usually two to three hours).  Your Vagi-Kool Cold Pack will remain flexible even when completely chilled.

Place your Vagi-Kool Cold Pack into a Komfort-Fit™ Sleeve, place it in your underwear and adjust to your liking.

The Vagi-Kool Cold Pack provides cool soothing relief for 20 to 40 minutes depending on your body, room temperature, and what you are wearing.  If you have purchased more than one please be sure to take at least a 20 minute break between usages.
