How to use AH! YES Personal Lubricant:

1. Each applicator is filled for one time use. This enables discreet and clean delivery of the right amount of moisturizer to where it is needed.

2.  Apply with fingers to the outer and inner intimate areas.

3. AH! YES VM is suitable for daily use. Apply daily initially, reducing to every third day after about a week or more. For best results apply regularly.

4. AH! YES VM is safe to apply as often as needed, on the severity of dryness.
