TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Return and Shipping Policy (Please read through carefully)

Personal Merchandise

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. However, due to health industry standards we cannot accept the return of any used personal merchandise*. Please note, personal merchandise is described as merchandise that has the potential to come into contact with bodily fluids and cannot be re-used per FDA regulations. We can only accept personal merchandise* that has been unused and is in its original packaging. To receive your refund, your return must be within 30 days of purchase and adhere to the previous provisions.  If the return is beyond the 30 days of purchase, you will receive a store credit only and will be responsible for shipping the item back to CMT.   After 90 days, no refunds or credit will be given.

You can return your unused personal merchandise provided it is in its original packaging and you have your original receipt of purchase. Please call toll free (800) 382-5879 prior to return to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number. You must have an RMA number in order to receive reimbursement.

You will be refunded only for the cost of the item(s) you purchased.  The shipping cost associated with originally shipping your item(s) to you will not be refunded.

Non-Personal Merchandise

You can return your non-personal merchandise to us for a refund, within 30 days of purchase, provided the product you are returning is current within FDA guidelines and is still being offered for sale by the Company.

You can return your non-personal merchandise provided it is in its original packaging and you have your original receipt of purchase. Please call toll free (800) 382-5879 prior to return to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number. You must have an RMA number in order to receive reimbursement.  We can only your non-personal merchandise that has been unused and is in its original packaging.  To receive your refund, your return must be within 30 days of purchase and adhere to the previous provisions.   If the return is beyond the 30 days of purchase, you will receive a store credit only and will be responsible for shipping the item back to CMT.   After 90 days, no refunds or credit will be given.

Defective Merchandise

Defective merchandise can be swapped for the same item only, within 7 days of purchase, provided it is in the original packaging, with the serial number and/or lot number paperwork included in the package. Defective merchandise is considered not to be in operational working order. Please call toll free (800) 382-5879 prior to return to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a return shipping label.  You must have an RMA number in order to receive your new item.

Return Shipping

The Company will be responsible for the cost to return if the patient receives the wrong item or the ordered item is defective through no fault of the customer.  In these cases, we will provide you with a return shipping label.  In all other cases, the customer will be responsible for all shipping charges related to the return of their ordered product.

Please note if an ordered product is missing an item or part which is needed in order to make it operational, CMT will ship out a new product once the original ordered item is returned provided, we are made aware of the missing part within 7 days of purchase. The cost to return ship the item will be at the cost of CMT.

Any shortages within your order must be reported back to CMT within 7 days from receipt of your order.   Beyond the 7 day period, we will consider the order to have been completed in full and no further action will be taken.

Software

Defective software will be exchanged for the same title only. No Refunds will be provided.

Clinical items and Special Orders

All clinical equipment, such as the MR and TR series biofeedback units, pelvic floor stimulators, CTS1500 and CTS2000 and the EMYO, etc. can be returned within 14 days without a restocking fee.  After the 14 days you will be charged a 25% restocking fee.   After 90 days no refunds and/or store credit will be given for the return of any clinical equipment.

We will refund by check if paid by check, or credit your account if you paid by credit or debit card. Please note Buyer assumes responsibility for shipping to and from Current Medical Technologies unless in the exceptions noted above. Simply return your purchase in resale condition with the original packaging, including UPC code, manuals, parts, and your receipt or packing slip. Any return without a receipt or packing slip is subject to verification and we may ask you for identification.

Credit Card Payments

If the original payment of the item was done using a credit card, the cost being refunded will be:

  • Less the original shipping charge (if the item was not originally damaged)
  • Less any restocking fee (if applicable)
  • Less a 3% transaction fee that is assessed by the credit card company on the original purchase

SHIPPING

UPDATE:  Due to Covid19, mail delivery services such as USPS and UPS are experiencing limited delivery routes, which is causing delays in normal delivery times.  Once your package leaves our facility, it is now in the hands of the carrier service company.  As such, you will need to work with them to ensure delivery of your order.

Current Medical Technologies, Inc. offers two shipping carriers services: UPS and USPS for all orders.  Orders placed by Physicians, Physical Therapists or their facilities are shipped via UPS Ground, unless otherwise directed by them.  Orders placed by customers/patients are typically shipped via USPS Priority Mail, unless otherwise directed by them.  Current Medical Technologies is not responsible for any lost or damaged items once it leaves our warehouse.  Customers with lost or damaged items will have to seek resolution with the carrier service company they chose.

Orders placed before 2:00 pm ET are usually shipped the same day unless product is backordered. Orders placed after 2:00 pm ET are usually shipped the next business day unless the product is backordered. Orders placed after 2:00 pm ET on Friday are shipped the following Monday unless product is backordered or falls on a holiday. Current Medical Technologies, Inc. will notify customers via email with respect to anticipated shipping date for all back-ordered products.

USPS delivery times vary depending on your location and day of order.

UPS delivery times vary depending on your location, with the average delivery time of 2-6 days. Our shipping warehouse is based in Massachusetts; therefore, orders going to the North East US can expect delivery from 1-3 days, while orders going to the West Coast can expect delivery time ranging from 4-6 days. All orders are shipped F.O.B. Shipping Point.  Please note, UPS does not consider the day of pick up as the first day of shipping.    Customers should take this into consideration when choosing any type of expedited shipping.

Please note, if your package has been marked delivered by the United States Postal Service or UPS and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service or UPS directly.  Once a package has been marked delivered, we have no recourse with USPS or UPS because it has left our warehouse and is no longer our property.   USPS and UPS will not release any details to us regarding where the package may have been left.   As such, it is the sole responsibility of the customer to contact USPS and UPS to inquire as to where the package may have been left by their local carrier.   The customer may repurchase the order at their own expense.  CMT will not responsible once it has been delivered.  No exceptions.

UPS does not deliver on Saturdays and Sundays. Customers should take this into consideration when choosing Next Day Air or 2nd Day Air Shipping.

UPS does not deliver on major U.S. holidays.  It is the responsibility of the customer to check the UPS website for a list of observed UPS Holidays.  Customers should also take this into consideration when choosing Next Day Air or 2nd Day Air Shipping.

REMINDER:  Please be sure to refer to the USPS or UPS website before placing your order online order as expedited shipping may be interrupted or not available during any holiday.  CMT will not be responsible for late deliveries during this time period.
